Festival da Truta / Rota da Sidra starts in the Parish of São Roque do Faial tomorrow 29th May and runs through till June 3rd..
The festival starts at the Trout farm in Ribiero Frio and finishes at the Church in São Roque do Faial
There will be many events, and food tasting at various places including the Tea house at Faial, and the company MADtrout will provide a fishing competition for children 8-12 years complete with prizes. Also an exhibition of works made by the children of the school in São Roque do Faial.
Trout tasting and cider will also be offered.
