Hi Tobi……. despite the rain, the Panelo was fantastic……. best time we have had on Madeira so far…… Chao de Ribeira is Madeirian Hospitality at its best……. the chill of the weather was soon diminished by the warmth and welcoming spirit of the villagers.
A festival everyone should try and visit at least once.
