A traveller on TAP airline complained on social networks of being held on the plane 35 minutes ago and complained about the quality of service of the company. On Facebook, the customer complained about being “stuck in a TAP plane,” saying there was no “parking” for the plane. “It’s not worth flying with TAP,” he concluded in the post .

Shortly thereafter, the Portuguese airline TAP Air used the same social network to respond to the complainant with a hint of humour: “Since the flight is still in operation and for safety reasons, we ask that you place your device in flight mode. Thank you.” The circumstances giving rise to this alleged delay in landing the aircraft are not known.  TAP’s response has become viral on social networks and already has 866 “Likes” on the part of Internet users.
