A car with two tourists overturned yesterday evening at around 5:30 p.m., after having left the road in Paul da Serra.

Two ambulances of the Calheta Volunteer Firefighters were activated to provide assistance to a 55-year-old man and a 51-year-old woman, both of German nationality.

Apparently they both suffered minor injuries and were eventually referred to the Ribeira Brava Health Center.

EMIR was also called, but there was no need to intervene.
