The wind along the runway at Madeira International Airport continues to blow strongly, conditioning airport operations. At the last hour a gust of wind of 85 km / h was registered, with the average wind blowing at 55.4km / h.
Faced with these constraints, two flights, one from TAP and another from Condor, chose to return to the cities from which they departed. The TP 1695 is back in Lisbon and the DE 1570 operated by Condor, who left Frankfurt, chose to return to the German city.
The same happens with the flight DE 1572 coming from Munich and the DE 1578 that left the German city Lepsia.
Departures are also being conditioned, leaving hundreds of passengers stranded.
