Benefiting Friends of 4 Patinhas, animal welfare advocates located in São Vicente, ANIMAL WORKS CHARITY SHOP was able to welcome supporters, friends and customers last week into their small but well-organized shop.
Through the generosity of numerous volunteers, a nice collection of donated goods have filled the shelves.
Modestly priced, the shop features mostly used goods and gently worn wearables…staffed by volunteers, 100% of the profits will go to support numerous animal welfare programs.
ANIMAL WORKS is open Monday through Saturday, 11 to 5, located right off the main road in the village of São Vicente, on the cobblestone road that leads to the church and cemetery, across from the church square.
Needless to say, donations of goods are always welcomed and can be dropped off during normal business hours or if necessary, by appointment.
Friends of 4 Patinhas is a registered Not For Profit Association and donations are tax-deductible.

Friends of 4 Patinhas in São Vicente have four puppies available from a recent blessed event… An abandoned female, about to give birth, came under our care and low and behold she produced 7 beautiful healthy puppies… 3 have already found Fur-ever homes, however, three females ( Spotted)and a little boy (Black) await a loving home… the Mother is about the size of a border collie… they are a few weeks away from independence and are currently safe in the care of one of our volunteers… free to good homes, contact: reichert.leone@googlemail.com
