MADEIRA WITH VERY HIGH RISK OF EXPOSURE TO ULTRAVIOLET RAYS

If you are thinking of going to the beach, take extra care to protect your skin.

Six districts in mainland Portugal and the Madeira archipelago today have a very high risk of exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation, according to the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA).

At very high risk are the districts of Castelo Branco, Portalegre, Setúbal, Évora, Beja and Faro and the archipelago of Madeira.

The week will continue with high temperatures 28-30° and very hight UV levels.
