COVID-19: MADEIRA REGISTERS THREE NEW CASES. FOUR MORE PEOPLE RECOVERED

Madeira now has 54 active cases of infection with the new SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, with three new cases being reported, IASaúde reported.

According to the epidemiological bulletin released this Saturday, two imported cases were identified, coming from the United Kingdom and France, and one of local transmission. Among the cases still active, 44 were imported, identified in the context of the surveillance activities implemented at Madeira Airport, and 10 are for local transmission.

On the other hand, the Institute of Health Administration states that there are four recovered cases to report, so the Region now accounts for a total of 157 recovered.
