A NEAR NORMAL DAY AT MADEIRA AIRPORT WITH THE ARRIVAL OF 22 FLIGHTS

It was a ‘turbulent’ Friday at Madeira International Airport.

With the beginning of the school holidays marking the return of many students to the Region, and also of the emigrants who return to their land to kill homesickness, the day was busy in the arrivals area, especially in the testing area.

Over this Friday more than 22 flights arrived, which will bring children of the land and tourists to enjoy the festive season at the pearl of the Atlantic. An atypical movement that seems to bring a ‘breath of fresh air’, after the last months of pandemic in the Region.

During the morning alone, 12 planes had landed at Madeira Airport.
