In the inspection carried out today in several supermarkets and large commercial areas in Funchal, by the Regional Authority of Economic Activities (ARAE), only one administrative offense was raised due to overcrowding, that is, in a space with more people than was allowed.
“Most are complying with the rules, it is necessary to adjust here and there because the demand from people is also high, espe ially coming up to Christmas, but also part of people to see if the space is full. They either go to another one or wait for a while, ”said inspector Luís Miguel Rosa.
