The weather has certainly become worse during the last hours, and the rain is the heaviest I have known it and bringing back all the memories of 20th February 2010.
The roads are rivers and the tarmac is washing off many roads, I’m having coffee at Cristo Rei at the moment and the weather is terrible.
Flights at the monent are not landing at the airport. Easyjet Gatwick and Bristol, and a flight from Porto with TAP are all in a holding pattern trying to land. As I’m typing it looks like London Gatwick is heading to Lisbon, and TAP has landed on Porto Santo, visibility will be the main reason.
