Now more people are walking because they think they are extra special hikes and book because they might run out! Now more people are also walking in bad weather because they have paid and cannot get their money back.

It&#039;s widely known on social media that you can:-

1. Walk free out of hours.
2. Walk free on most walks where there is no tax collector.
3. Ignore the tax collectors, they will do nothing if you do.
4. Get a fine? Throw it in the bin, it only has civic status. 

It is a failed project. This is why practically nowhere else charges for walking!]]></description>
