The wind is causing more problems at the airport. About 8 flights are trying to land at the moment.
Looking at the airport app, EasyJet Amsterdam is the only flight diverted at the moment.
The weather apps show strond winds in the Santa Cruz area, yet the IPMA failed to forcast this. The IPMA in my opinion is one of the worse sources of weather for Madeira, more often always incorrect.
