The number of patients recovered from Covid-19 infection rose to 83, with the recovery of two more patients in the past 24 hours.
The announcement was made a few moments ago by the regional secretary of Health and Civil Protection, Pedro Ramos, in the press video conference that makes the weekly update of the pandemic of Covid-19 in the Region.
The two medical discharges were given to people residing in Câmara de Lobos, as IASAÚDE vice-president Bruna Gouveia later explained.
Without new cases, the total recorded so far remains at 90 cases, leaving 7 active cases in the region.
