Although there is still a week to go – and much can still change in the forecast – the weather forecast models point to a significant probability of precipitation in the Archipelago of Madeira on Christmas Day and in the days before this.
The most recent IPMA general forecast for next week points to the occurrence of rain or showers in Madeira – including Funchal – and in Porto Santo from December 23 (Wednesday), and should also occur in the following days, until the 25th, Christmas Day, although in less quantity. Christmas Day that also promises to be cool, with the air temperature in Funchal varying between 13 and 20 degrees centigrade.
