The new main kit for the Portuguese national football team, developed by PUMA, is now on sale at Sport Zone stores and on the brand’s website . The jersey, launched after the men’s team qualified for the 2026 World Cup, pays homage to Portugal’s historical connection to the ocean through a wavy pattern on a red background, complemented by green details.
The official model, priced at €99.99, incorporates fabric produced from the RE:FIBRE program, a PUMA initiative that reuses textile waste to create new polyester fibers. The jersey also integrates Ultraweave technology, designed to maximize lightness and freedom of movement, and dryCELL technology, which promotes comfort and moisture management during use.
Presented under the slogan “For the love of the jersey,” the new kit aims to strengthen “the connection between the National Team and the fans, both on and off the field, uniting all those who experience football with passion, whether the game takes place in Mexico, Canada, the United States, or anywhere else where Portugal can be heard.”
The jersey will also be featured in Sport Zone’s Christmas campaign, “Give sport, give more,” starring player Diogo Dalot. The brand also plans to develop several initiatives throughout the World Cup, dedicated to Portuguese fans and other moments of the competition.
