Landslide in Boaventura hits vehicle with six tourists.

A large landslide has struck a vehicle carrying six tourists in the Silveira area of ​​Boaventura, injuring at least three of the occupants, whose injuries are considered somewhat serious. They are being transported to the emergency room in São Vicente.

The accident occurred next to the Duarte Pacheco tunnel, specifically on the Boaventura side, and rescue teams are still on the scene.

Regional Road 101 is closed to traffic in this area.

There are 20 firefighters from the São Vicente and Porto Moniz Volunteer Fire Departments on site, as well as PSP (Public Security Police) officers, providing assistance and securing the area.
