The Regional Secretary for Tourism and Culture has awarded Isabel Borges the decoration of the Central Avenue of Avenida Arriaga for this year’s Flower Festival, which takes place in September due to restrictions within the scope of the covid-19 pandemic.
The contractual price is set at € 53,500.
