THIS YEAR, FATHER CHRISTMAS AT MADEIRASHOPPING IS TELEWORKING

This year, Santa Claus at MadeiraShopping will also be telecommuting. Until December 24, Father Christmas will be at his home in Lapland listening to the children’s Christmas wishes over a video call.

As tradition dictates, families and in particular the little ones will be able to talk to Santa Claus in the comfort of their homes, guaranteeing the usual magical meeting of this time of the year, in complete safety.

To schedule your visit to Santa Claus, visitors must access the MadeiraShopping website and schedule the video call. After the visit is booked, they will receive a code and password to enter the video call directly.

During the week, Father Christmas will be available for visits in the late afternoon. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays the schedule is longer. Detailed schedules are available on the MadeiraShopping website.

The little ones and their families will be welcomed with Christmas scenes, created by the collective Oskar & Gaspar, which refer to the magical little house of Santa Claus, where visitors are usually received at the Center.

To stimulate the creativity of families during this season, MadeiraShopping will also challenge kids and adults to create their own Nativity scene at home. On the website of the Center, 24 pieces of paper toy will be available , which families can print and personalize, creating real Christmas works of art.
