The regional secretary for Health and Civil Protection, Pedro Ramos, traveled today to the Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital to deliver the first “Kit Bebé” card to the family of the baby of the year in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, in the amount of 500 euros .
The delivery of the “baby kit” card is a measure of the Regional Government implemented on January 1, 2019 whose main objective is to create incentives to support birth in RAM.
The beneficiary of the first baby kit card of the year 2021, worth 500 euros, was the family of the girl Maria Leonor, who was born today, at 12:53 pm.
The card was delivered to the main entrance of Hospital Dr. Nélio Mendonça, to Maria Leonor’s father.
