Three planes are, in the beginning of the afternoon of this Friday, awaiting authorization to land at Madeira International Airport – Cristiano Ronaldo, due to strong winds.
These include two TUI planes from Birmingham and Manchester. The first was scheduled to arrive at 12:25 pm and the second at 12:35 pm. An Azores Airlines aircraft has also been around since at least 12:40, when it was scheduled to land at Madeira Airport.
