La Vie Funchal, a shopping center managed and sold by Widerproperty since 2015, will end 2023 with 100% occupancy, with all stores sold.
In a note issued, the commercial structure highlights that this year “several brands confirmed their presence at La Vie Funchal (Multiópticas, Ikea Estúdio de Planning, Figu)”, announcing that two stores are scheduled to open in 2024 Rocks by LPoint and Bioforma.
“La Vie Funchal is a reference for the entry of new brands in Madeira, due to its strategic location. The occupation of the shopping center in its entirety took into account a careful selection, which includes reference Madeiran brands and exclusive operators for the Region” says João Xavier, Retail Director at Widerproperty.
Also throughout this year, the hairdresser Invouge opened a new store inside the center, in addition to the several stores that renewed their contracts, totaling 970 m2 and selling 858 m2 with new stores.
