Forum Madeira will hold a collection of used clothing on the 26th, 27th and 28th of January, in partnership with SociohabitaFunchal.
After the ‘Green is the new Black’ campaign, carried out during Black Friday, the shopping center returns to this theme for another edition.
This time, the initiative aims to promote more sustainable habits with a view to reducing waste, such as reusing clothing, and supporting the local community.
The donated clothes will be collected by SociohabitaFunchal, through the Loja Social – Botão Solidário project, where they will be transformed and, later, delivered to the residents of Funchal in situations of social vulnerability.
The Loja Social – Botão Solidário project was created in 2013, by SociohabitaFunchal, with the aim of contributing to improving the quality of life of residents in situations of social vulnerability, aiming to combat poverty and social exclusion.
