The president of Santa Cruz City Council, Filipe Sousa, today denounced a situation that “harms all Madeirans” and which he calls “a total scandal”.

Furthermore, Santa Cruz will continue with the aforementioned health program, informing that, last week, “more than 46 thousand euros in support for 13 residents were approved within the scope of the Support Program for the Performance of Minor Surgeries.”
