Joseph Barbosa, an employee at one of the restaurants in São Vicente, guarantees that he saw the missing tourist last Saturday between 3pm and 4pm.
As he explained to DIÁRIO, the woman was walking along the São Vicente waterfront but was alone.
“When I saw the photo I immediately recognized the lady and spoke to the PSP but she was alone, at least I didn’t see her husband”, she said, guaranteeing that the foreigner was heading towards Porto Moniz.
As DIÁRIO reported, several resources are involved in the searches that will continue until Sunset.
So far there are no concrete clues as to where the French tourists who disappeared on Saturday afternoon might be.
