News Blog

The statue of Cristo Rei, in Garajau (Caniço) does not escape acts of vandalism.

A photograph taken today shows that not only was the base of the statue spray painted. The building where the cable car is installed was also vandalized with words written in black.

The words written on the cable car station read “Iraq United”
