They say arrive earlier, but do they open check-in desks earlier?
ANA – Madeira Airports has issued a warning to passengers through its digital platforms regarding border control constraints at departures from the airport.
According to the information provided, these difficulties in processing passengers have led to an alert advising travelers destined for countries outside the European Union (non-EU) to arrive at the terminal earlier.

The organization recommends that passengers on international flights arrive at the airport earlier than usual to ensure they can board on time and avoid missing connecting flights due to expected border control waiting times.
