The Lido complex in Funchal close to the Forte São Tiago reopened today.
Balnear da Barreirinha reopened just in time for the summer season after repairs from recent bad weather.
Prices are staying the same and even a little lower for children and senior citizens.
There is also now a small library for people to use, and if anyone has any old books they no longer use, they would be very welcome to take them for others to enjoy.
