The company Santolido that owns Golden Gate and Yacht Bar May have to close depending on the negotiations with the insolvency administrators.
Today the 20 workers from the two spaces were given the bad news and told what they need to do.
It seems the Yacht bar on Estrada Monumental with definitely close, but there is hope that an investor could save the Golden Gate from closing down.
It would be a great shame to see the Golden Gate close down as it is part of Funchal’s history.
