So we have not done much walking out over the last 3 weeks, and believe me our bodies are showing it. You can also see its not only the weight that is a problem, when will we get to a hairdresser…lol lol lol.
So this morning we decided to have a walk to Cristo Rei from home. The weather was good, a bit humid but no rain, and the exercise really lifted our spirits.
