More than 3,000 Madeirans travel these days to Porto Santo aboard the Lobo Marinho, taking advantage of the bridge day for the weekend resulting from the public holidays of today and tomorrow.
On this morning’s trip to the golden island the ship was well composed, as shown in the images. But despite being well filled out, there was no restrictive measure on the part of Porto Santo Line due to covid-19.
There were no constraints imposed by the company in terms of social distance, mask or limit of passengers in the spaces. Most passengers traveled normally and the few who decided to adopt protective attitudes, such as wearing a mask, did so at their own option.
Exactly how it should be, and begs the question as to why children couldn’t have returned to school for a month, and why all these stupid restrictions in bars, restaurant’s, shops, bathing complexes, shopping centres, and so on.
