Following the bad weather that hit the parishes of Ponta Delgada and Boaventura, the Municipality of São Vicente alerted, this Monday, the population residing in these parishes to avoid the consumption of piped water, “since it is currently not possible to apply the necessary treatment to make its consumption viable, due to the damages caused in the supply network structures “.
It is also called on the population of these parishes to, in this critical phase, limit water consumption to the essential, so that it is possible to ensure its continuous supply.

The municipality informs, as reported by the DIÁRIO, that residents living in Boaventura and Ponta Delgada are exempt from paying the water and solid waste bill during the months of December, January and February.
