IPMA raises rain for red warning on North coast and mountains

The Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere has raised the warning for the North Coast and Mountain Regions to red for precipitation, which is expected to be intense between 6 pm today and 3 am tomorrow and accompanied by a thunderstorm. An orange warning is now in effect for these zones, which extends even after the red warning, until 6 am on Friday.
