There are 23 new cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection reported in RAM. This is 1 case imported from France and 22 cases of local transmission, most of which are already associated with positive case contacts. Epidemiological investigations are ongoing.
Today there are 53 more recovered cases to report. RAM now accounts for 7,502 recovered cases of covid-19, so there are now 557 active cases on the island.
There was also another death today in the Region, to date there is a total of 69 deaths associated with covid-19.
