Filipe Ferreira, from Clube de Aventura da Madeira, was the big winner of the Ultra Trail (44km 3200m D+) of this VIII edition of the Trail of Câmara de Lobos.
Filipe Ferreira reached the finish line installed in the Praça do Mercado Municipal do Estreito de Câmara de Lobos with a 7-minute lead over the most direct pursuer, Francisco Freitas, from Associação Cultural e Desportiva do Jardim da Serra (ACDJS), who completed the 44 km of course at 05:17:56.
The podium for second place in the race was filled with Sílvio Freitas, from ACDJS, with a time of 05:23:22.
