A chair was thrown a few moments ago from the 2nd floor of a residence, on Rua Dr. Fernão de Ornelas, in Funchal, and almost hit anyone who was passing on the public road, on this which is the busiest street in Funchal, where much of the trade.
Those who passed by the place did not win for the scare, and the person in question took refuge inside the house.
