Funchal City Council will once again promote a free New Year’s Eve party on December 31st in Parque de Santa Catarina.
The concert program includes performances by Miguel Pires (We Love Portugal), Galáxia, the duo Sandra & Ricardo, Buzico, Dupla de 2 and final entertainment by DJ Sérgio Soares. The doors to the venue open at 8pm on December 31st and close at 3am on January 1st.
In a statement issued by the municipality’s president, Pedro Calado, highlights that it is “a diverse spectacle offering the city of Funchal to the entire population”.
