A great start to the new year…. ?
A German tourist, in her 50s and who was on board one of the cruises docked in the region, was, this afternoon, the victim of a fall, when she was visiting the Cabo Girão viewpoint.
The Volunteer Firefighters of Câmara de Lobos were called at around 2:30 pm, and went to the scene with a light vehicle, supported by three crew.
Due to suspected fractures in both lower limbs and one of the arms, the victim was transported to Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital to receive medical assistance.
