A tourist aged around 28 years old fell this afternoon from a height of approximately 50 meters while walking along Levada Nova, in Lombada, Ponta do Sol.
The foreigner had a deep cut on her head and leg, but was conscious. She was removed from the scene by the mountain rescue team from the Mixed Firefighters of Ribeira Brava and Ponta do Sol and will be transported to Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital.
