Dozens of passengers were and are being affected by the cancellation of last night’s Binter flight to Porto Santo. And today there is another delay.
DIÁRIO was able to find out that the Spanish airline’s ATR 72 had a breakdown yesterday when it was in Marrakesh, making it impossible to return to Madeira to make the late afternoon trip to the golden island.
DIÁRIO also knows that another ATR is flying from the Canary Islands to Madeira, with an expected arrival time of 8:45 am, to resume inter-island flights, currently scheduled for 9:15 am (it should have left at 7:30 am), which is affecting dozens of passengers.
In Porto Santo, where the flight from Madeira should have arrived at 7:55 am, ANA – Aeroportos de Portugal has scheduled departure, now, not at 8:30 am, but at 10:05 am.
