Tourist falls 50 meters in Levada do Caldeirão Verde

A foreign woman suffered a fall of approximately 50 meters while walking along the Levada do Caldeirão Verde.

Information is scarce, but it is known that the victim is currently being rescued by 14 members of the Volunteer Firefighters of Santana and the Municipal Firefighters of Machico.

The woman is conscious.
