The Atlantic festival returns next month from the 8-29 June, with the Madeira Music Festival integrated from the 7-16 June. There will also be other initiatives including the bread fair 14th June, and the regional arts week 17-23 June.
The Firework displays will take place at the usual time of 22.30 and this year Park Santa Catarina will be open for people to see from here due the the huge amount of works going on on the front of Funchal.
The first display will be on the 8th with the Spanish company, the 15th will be held by the Chinese, the portuguese company on the 22nd, and on the 29th Macedos Pyrotechnics. Before each display the Madeira Light Orchestra will preform in the usual place at the entrance of the town Pier.
