Madeira will be on Yellow alert for Mountainous regions from 2pm Tuesday afternoon, for strong winds and heavy rain at times. The whole of Madeira and Porto Santo will be on Yellow alert from midnight tonight till midnight Tuesday, again for heavy rain at times.
