The Regional Secretary for Culture, Tourism and Transport attended the opening ceremony of the Regional Arts Week. The ceremony also was attended by the Regional Secretary of Education, Jaime Freitas.
The event was opened yesterday, and will run all week, bringing a host of colour to Madeira.
