Several foreigners (who Probably have a residence here) were yesterday held inside the Santa Catarina Park.
The park security guard closed it at 8 pm (winter time), instead of closing at 9 pm (summer time).
The tourists were detained for half an hour waiting for the security guard to be able to leave and it was a passerby who detected the situation and contacted 112.
