Today Madeira records a total of 55 active cases of covid-19, and a new case of infection has been identified, in relation to the figures presented yesterday by the Institute of Health Administration (IASaúde).
According to the daily epidemiological bulletin, this is an imported case, coming from the region of Lisbon and the Tagus Valley.
The same communiqué also mentions that there are seven situations that are being studied by health authorities.
