The image of a medium-sized dog trapped in an old house at Sítio do Campo de Cima is generating outrage in Porto Santo.
The dog is tied to a chain of just one meter, in a place surrounded by garbage, without water, without food and without being able to move due to the rubble.
According to a Facebook user who made a publication denouncing the situation, the owner of the animal has not visited him for weeks, “with the closest neighbors giving anything to feed the animal”.
The owner is a c%#@ and should be named and shamed, I have no problem naming him on my blog if anyone knows them…
