Vaccines arrive in Madeira between 28 and 29 December

The first 9,750 doses of the covid-19 vaccine arrive in Madeira between 28 and 29 December. Diário Notícias knows that the Portuguese Prime Minister, António Costa, contacted this Wednesday the President of the Regional Government, Miguel Albuquerque, in order to inform the chief of the Madeiran executive about the specific dates on which the Pfizer vaccine will be sent to Madeira.

The good news was announced precisely on the day that the Regional Health Directorate (DRS) presented the vaccination plan against covid-19. These doses will be placed in two freezers and are under the supervision of SESARAM.
