The Regional Government has just expressed its deepest regret for the death, yesterday, in Funchal, victim of a heart attack, of journalist Jorge Ventura.
To the family, the Madeiran Executive and its President extend their most heartfelt condolences for the passing away of one of the most brilliant Madeiran journalists of all time, of a man who permanently marked Madeiran television and radio. In this hour of pain, they are associated in pain by the departure of a man of integrity, competent and an excellent professional.
Very sad news, someone I knew and always said hello to, a very friendly kind man. I hadn’t seen him for months and wondered if something had happened to him, and was very please to see him just last week in Caniço Shopping. Condolences to all the family.
