Barcelona / El Prat Airport, announced this morning, February 23, that Air Nostrum has scheduled a new route to the island of Madeira between July 17 and September 11 this year.
The twin-engine CRJ1000 jet, with a capacity for 100 passengers, will be responsible for this connection and will have a weekly frequency.
Air Nostrum, a company that operates regional services in Spain and charter flights for tour operators serving Iberia, should announce in the coming weeks other flights from Spanish cities (Madrid and Bilbao) to the island of Madeira, resuming a practice of the last years, during the summer season.
